5.1 Online Payments

All online payments are securely processed via PhonePe. We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Payment failures due to bank/server issues
  • Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers
  • Unauthorized transactions due to user negligence

5.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only within India.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or users.
  • Repeated failed COD orders may result in account restriction.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics delays.
