Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Guidelines

  • A complete shipping address including postal code, email, and phone number is mandatory for all orders.
  • Please ensure the accuracy of your contact details; delivery delays due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Free shipping may apply only during promotional campaigns or special offers.

2. Order Processing

  • In-stock products: Orders will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
  • Out-of-stock products: Orders requiring production or replenishment will be dispatched within 10 working days.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 working days (available to selected states only: Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal).
  • Standard / Free Shipping: 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery is Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. No deliveries on Sundays, public holidays, or festival closures.

Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, local holidays, or courier disruptions.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Products with limited shelf life may have restricted dispatch timelines.
  • Orders from states outside the express shipping zones will be processed only under standard shipping.
  • Tampered or damaged parcels:
    • Do not accept parcels if the packaging is compromised.
    • If accepted, leave remarks on POD (Proof of Delivery) and record unboxing video/photos for claim processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email.
  • Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment and report any anomalies immediately.

6. Shipping Fees & Refunds

  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.
  • If Express Shipping delivery exceeds 3 working days under normal circumstances, the extra delivery charges will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
  • Free shipping orders may take 5–7 working days depending on location and logistics availability.

    • Local holidays or festivals
    • Weather disruptions or natural calamities
    • Strikes, accidents, or courier delays
    • Incorrect customer-provided shipping information
